Salon Worthy Hair at a Drugstore/Product Review

Hey Lovelies!  Long time no see!
Let’s say you’re going out to have a fun night with friends, and you want to look like you stepped out of a fancy salon-the only problem is you’re broke. Well, as always we have a solution! Here is a list of drug store hair care products that are Salon-Worthy!

Shampoo & Conditioner:  Pantene Pro-V Fine Hair Solutions: Volume
Price for each: $ 6.49 I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for six months now, and it has been flawless! They add extra volume and shine to my thin hair without weighing it down, smells AMAZING, and helps repair my damaged hair. I love these products!

Clarifying Shampoo: Neutrogena Shampoo Anti-residue
Price: $5.99
If you use several products on your hair on a weekly basis, I would suggest using a clarifying shampoo once a week. My top favorite has always been the Neutrogena, because it gets rid of all the buildup in your scalp and hair! I recommend this product.

Hair spray: Treseme Hair spray Extra Hold
Price: Priced per store
For a long period of time, I was told to try this product and never got around to it until my friend was styling my hair one day. I haven’t stopped using it since then!  It keeps my style lasting all day, and is light weight on my head. I have found this product helpful and would recommend it to my lovelies!

Mousse: Joico Joiwhip Firm-Hold Design Foam Mousse
Price: $11.89
No matter curly or straight, this will hold your style! It lasts all day in my hair without feeling sticky or crunchy and looks amazing! Try to use a minimum of any mousse, because a little goes a long way! Now this might be a little pricey for a drug store product, but it is so worth it!

If you ladies have any drug store hair care products that you want to share you can send it to go.lovely101@gmail.com or leave a comment! I will see you next time lovelies!!

How to Style Hair Without Heat!

Dead ends- Dull color-Burnt-Dehydration.

Words I HATE when I’m on the topic of hair! Now all these things can be caused by a lot of different things, but one of the main causes can be heat damage! So don’t lie! We all burn up our hair from time to time-it’s just in our nature! Now, we usually burn our hair when we’re trying to impress people! All I can say is GUILTY!

So why don’t we talk about how we can fix this big disaster, and still get the hair we want!

Let’s say you’re going to hang out with a few friends for a movie, and you want to look like your staring in it! Big curls are always fun, but sometimes they can be hard to do. How do we make it easy and get that salon look? Rollers!! Yes, I said rollers. They aren’t just those gross things your grandma puts in her hair! They can be really helpful when you get the best  ones. The rollers I could find at a good price are Conair, and I found them at Target for around eight bucks! Your hair can be dry or wet and you can have them I for one hour, or wear them over night (Remember the longer you wear them the tighter the curl). You can have tight curls, wavy curls, spiral curls, there are just so many options!!

Wanting sleek straight hair that will last? After your shower, take your fingers and start shaking up your hair! Move from root, to tips, and then whip your hair like Willow Smith! Once your hair has been shaken till its damp, brush it through with a wide tooth comb upside down (It may sound weird but it works!).

Over all, it’s best to style without heat, and stay away from heat tools! Now that doesn’t mean to never use them again, it’s just best to take a break form them every now and then! And always remember, your natural beauty looks best!

If you have any tips or comments, leave them in the comment box or our email, go.lovely101@gmail.com Talk to you next time lovely!
